What You’ll Be Doing

As an Ace Driver, you will:

Collect and deliver cars across the UK on trade plates.
Use public transport between jobs (expenses covered).
Work independently, but backed by a dedicated Driver Support Team (DST).
Connect with 60+ drivers through our WhatsApp peer group.

Every day is different – from vehicles to locations.

What You’ll Need

To join the Ace Team, make sure you:

Have a full UK Driving Licence held for 5+ years.
Have no more than 6 points on your licence.
Have secure off-street parking.
Are happy using public transport when required.
Are reliable and detail-oriented.
Ideally have prior experience in car delivery jobs (not essential).

We believe in being honest and upfront – this isn’t your typical driving job. It’s rewarding, varied, and flexible, but it does require a calm head, great planning, and attention to detail.

Planning your routes carefully using Google Maps or Sat Nav tools: being confident with navigation is key.
Managing your own travel between jobs: whether that’s a train across the country or a local bus.
Starting jobs on time, every time: punctuality is essential to keep things running smoothly.
Inspecting vehicles thoroughly before collection and delivery: noting any damage and recording key details.
Handling different vehicle types with care: from checking fuel or EV charge levels to ensuring the vehicle is clean and roadworthy.
Avoiding fines or fees: understanding toll roads, height restrictions, parking rules, and road signage helps avoid unnecessary costs.
Communicating clearly with the Driver Support Team and the Client: keeping us updated if there’s an issue or change.
Following guidance with a positive, can-do attitude: even when plans shift or challenges arise.
Taking responsibility for your performance: using the tracker app, submitting receipts on time, and completing all job logs accurately.

This is a role that offers real independence – but it comes with real responsibility. If you’re organised, polite, professional, and love a challenge, you’ll thrive with us.
